The Walk With Me Project is committed to providing aftercare support to individuals and families who have experienced significant loss, such as the loss of a loved one, a job, or other extenuating circumstances.

Providing Support to Formerly Incarcerated Individuals


The Walk With Me Project offers case management and supportive services to those reintegrating into society after incarceration to reduce recidivism. By providing support to formerly incarcerated individuals, we can coordinate resources that reduce recidivism and support families.

The Walk With Me Project partners with various organizations in Baltimore City and surrounding community areas, such as funeral homes, schools, hospitals, and other nonprofits, to help those in need get back on their feet.
